If you are having trouble with your account:

1. Confirm that you are using the ManualLook registration or login page associated with the service.
2. Re-enter your account details carefully.
3. If you still cannot access your account, open Submit a Request.
4. Choose Account & Login.
5. Enter your email address, the required first 6 and last 4 card digits, and a description of the problem.
6. Submit the request.

Do not include your password in the request. Never send a full card number, CVV/security code, PIN, or password.
