Charge Inquiry

If you see a charge related to ManualLook that you do not recognize or want reviewed, send a Charge Inquiry through the support form.

ManualLook offers paid access to its manual library, including a $1.99 three-day Trial Pass and $39.99 Monthly Access. The billing descriptor for this Help Center is manuallook.com.

To submit your inquiry:

1. Open Submit a Request.
2. Choose Charge Inquiry.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Enter only the first 6 digits and last 4 digits of the card connected to the charge.
5. Describe the charge you want reviewed and include any relevant context you can safely provide.
6. Submit the request.

For your security, never send a full card number, CVV/security code, PIN, or password.

Submitting a charge inquiry sends the information to support for review. Do not state or imply that a refund, credit, or other outcome is guaranteed.
